Sophie Bille Brahe offers a 14-day return window from the date of receipt for all fine jewelry, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that bespoke or engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our client service team at customerservice@sophiebillebrahe.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet presentation box and secure it within the protective shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation and certificates are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid DHL or FedEx label to the exterior of the package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized service point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received at our Copenhagen studio, our specialists will inspect the piece for quality assurance; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
